1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Original packaging and tags must be intact.
- An unboxing video is required as proof in case of damage or wrong product received.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Used or washed items
- Products without original packaging
- Size issues (if size chart was clearly mentioned) (optional – your choice)
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items (if applicable)
- Customized or altered products
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account.
4. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchange only for:
- Damaged product
- Wrong product delivered
Exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery with proper proof.
5. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
OR - Free return shipping for damaged/wrong product only.
